SAYONARA 2025

The Student Council and Fine Arts Club of the School of Allied Health Sciences, Puducherry, organized Farewell Party – SAYONARA 2025 on 6th October 2025, from 2 PM to 4 PM at the SAHS Auditorium. Prof. S. Andrew John Silvester, Director, delivered the keynote address and felicitated the best outgoing students from each department, along with appreciation certificates for outgoing club office bearers. The celebration included cake cutting, presentation of mementos by juniors, and a series of vibrant cultural performances, creating a memorable send-off and heartfelt tribute to the outgoing batch as they embark on their future careers.
FIESTA-2025

The Student Council and Fine Arts Club of the School of Allied Health Sciences, Puducherry jointly organized FIESTA '25 – Freshers' Party on 6th October 2025 at the SAHS Auditorium.
Prof. S. Andrew John Silvester, Director of the School of Allied Health Sciences, Vinayaka Mission’s Puducherry Campus, delivered the keynote address and extended a warm and heartfelt welcome to the incoming batch of freshers.
The event featured a vibrant lineup of cultural performances presented by the senior students, setting a lively and inclusive tone for the evening.
Red Run 2025

On raising awareness about HIV and AIDS, RED RIBBON CLUB of SAHS in association with Pondicherry AIDS control society Organized RED RUN 2025 Marathon Competition on 18th July at 7am from AVMC entrance to Kanniyakoil, Puducherry covers distance of around 5km. Prof. Andrew John Silvester Director SAHS, Puducherry Campus felicitated our Chief Guest Thiru. Rajasekhar Sub Inspector of Police, Kirumampakkam, Puducherry. The Red Run Competition was flagged off and started by Prof. Andrew John Silvester and Thiru Rajasekhar. 120 students and 7 faculties from SAHS, Puducherry were actively participated. Pamphlets were distributed to the public to raise awareness about HIV and AIDS. Certificates, trophies and Medals were distributed to the students.

Hostel Day Celebration

School of Allied Health Sciences, Puducherry organized Hostel Day Celebration on 10th July 2025. The event began with lamp lighting followed by keynote address by Prof.Andrew John Silvester, Director- School of Allied Health Sciences, Vinayaka Mission's Puducherry Campus. The event was filled with graceful dance performances, melodious music performances, silambam and fashion show. It was followed by a DJ session and scrumptious dinner. About 110 hostel students enthusiastically participated in the program.
International Women's Day

On the occasion of International Women's Day, SAHS Men's proudly organized "International Women's Day -2025" Celebration on 7th March 2025 at 2 to 4pm.
Lecture sessions were delivered on the topic of Dietetics for Women Health by Ms.Ritta Marie.A, Dietician, AVMC & H, Puducherry. On the topic - "Yoga and Mental health for Womens" was delivered by Dr.Artchoudane.S, Assistant Professor, Center for Yogic Sciences,SRBS, Puducherry.
A token of love was presented to all female faculties & Non Teaching staffs by all Male faculties and Non Teaching staffs. Prize distribution for the both Indoor and Outdoor events was distributed to the winners. The International Women's Day Celebration was well coordinated by Prof.S.Andrew John Silvester Sir, Director and Mr.Chandru sir, all male faculties and Non Teaching Staffs of SAHS.
